What does Sunking Circuits do?
We supply rigid boards 2-36 layers, HDI boards up to 5+N+5 steps, RF material PCBs, high-frequency boards, heavy copper PCBs, single/double aluminum PCBs up to 1500mm, 3/3mil trace and spacing, flex boards, and rigid-flex boards up to 12 layers — covering high-mix, low-to-volume production.
Do you accept express PCB (QTA) orders?
Yes, QTA / express orders are no problem for Sunking. We offer quick turn service including HDI boards up to 5 steps. For example: 2-layer boards in 1 day, 4 and 6 layers in 2 days, 8 layers in 3 days, 10 layers in 5 days. Contact sales@skpcb.com for details.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is none. We are flexible, and our manufacturing facilities can easily handle small, medium, and large orders.
Are my PCB documents and confidential information safe with you?
We take our customers' privacy very seriously. All paperwork is handled in complete confidentiality, and we never share your documents or personal information with third parties. We are fully committed to protecting your intellectual property throughout the manufacturing process. If necessary, we are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) governed by your local law or a jurisdiction of your choice.
What are your Incoterms?
Our standard Incoterms are: Free on Board (FOB), Cost Insurance and Freight (CIF), Ex Works (EXW), and Delivered at Place (DAP).
I am not satisfied with my PCBs. What are my options?
If you find defects in your PCBs or are dissatisfied with any product or service, please let us know at sales@skpcb.com as soon as possible. We respond within 24 hours and will either repair or replace defective items, give you a full refund without requiring you to return the faulty PCBs, or let you use the amount paid as credit toward your next order.
Are your PCBs RoHS-compliant?
The PCBs we manufacture comply with the essential requirements and relevant provisions of RoHS 3 / REACH. We also offer leaded PCBs upon customer request.
What are your business hours?
Our production runs Monday to Saturday with two shifts. However, you can reach our sales team any time — feel free to contact us at sales@skpcb.com with any questions.
How do you ship out my orders?
For PCB prototypes, we typically ship by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. For heavier shipments, we can also ship by sea, train, or air. For a free quote on shipping time and cost, please contact sales@skpcb.com.
How do I get a PCB/PCBA quote?
For a free PCB quote we need: order quantity, Gerber file, and technical characteristics (material, surface finish, copper thickness, board thickness). For PCBA quotes we additionally need the PCB details above, the BOM, and testing documents.
