- What is your quick-turn lead time for prototypes?
- Quick-turn prototypes can ship in as fast as 8 hours. Standard multilayer production runs 3 to 15 working days depending on layer count and finish.
- Do you offer turnkey PCB assembly?
- Yes. We offer full turnkey PCB assembly where we source all components, and consigned assembly where you supply the parts. Upload your Gerber files and BOM and we will quote both options.
- Which certifications does your factory hold?
- We are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949, with UL, RoHS and REACH compliance for the relevant product lines.
- Can you build high-frequency and heavy copper boards?
- Yes. We process Rogers and Isola high-frequency laminates for RF and microwave designs, and heavy copper boards up to 20 oz for power electronics.
- What files do you need to quote?
- Gerber files (RS-274X) or ODB++ for fabrication, plus a BOM and pick-and-place file for assembly. If your data is incomplete our engineers will tell you exactly what is missing.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- There is no minimum. We build single-piece prototypes and scale the same design to volume production on the same lines.
