1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of www.skpcb.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Sunking PCB to present our PCB and PCBA manufacturing services and to receive quotation requests. By accessing or using the Site you accept these terms.
These terms are not a purchase contract. The commercial terms of any specific order (price, lead time, acceptance criteria, payment and Incoterms) are governed by the documents confirmed by both parties for that order.
2. Site content and technical specifications
Technical information on the Site, such as process capability ranges, tolerances, materials and surface finishes, together with articles and guides, is provided for general reference. The specifications actually achievable depend on your specific design files, material availability and capacity, and are confirmed by our engineering review.
Certification and compliance statements are presented per certificate holder and scope. Note that different legal entities within our group hold different certificates; see the certifications page for scope details or ask us for the certificates and reports themselves.
3. Status of quotations
Submitting a request through the Site does not create an order and is not a commitment by us to accept it. A quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it; where no period is stated, quotations are subject to confirmation because raw material prices and capacity change.
4. Files you submit and your responsibilities
When you submit Gerber, BOM or other technical files, you confirm that you are entitled to disclose them to us for quotation and manufacturing assessment, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
Ownership of the design files you submit remains with you or your rights holder. We use them only to assess and quote your request and, once you place an order, to manufacture that order, and for no other purpose. We can sign a separate NDA if you need a formal confidentiality arrangement.
- Do not use the Site's forms to send spam, malicious code or content unrelated to an enquiry.
- Do not attempt to bypass the Site's security measures, scrape it in a way that affects availability, or interfere with other users.
5. Intellectual property
Except where stated otherwise, the text, images, layout and technical articles on the Site belong to Sunking PCB. You may view, download and circulate content internally to evaluate our services, but you may not copy it at scale, republish it or use it for commercial promotion without authorisation.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and uses third-party services, for example Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms against abuse and, subject to your consent, Google services for analytics and advertising measurement. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites, and their processing of your data is governed by their own terms and policies. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the general technical information published on the Site. This does not affect our responsibility for product quality under a confirmed order, nor any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. An updated version takes effect when published on this page, and the last updated date is shown at the top.
