This policy explains what we collect on skpcb.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you stay in control.

This website, www.skpcb.com (the "Site"), is operated by Sunking PCB, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCB) and provider of PCBA assembly services. The certified manufacturing entities within our group are Huizhou Sunking Circuits Electronics Co., Ltd. and SunKing Ji An Circuits Electronics Co., Ltd., which are two separate legal entities.

When you submit a quotation or contact form we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the technical requirements you describe (for example layer count, thickness, base material, surface finish and quantity). You may also optionally upload technical files such as Gerber or BOM files so that we can quote.
If you subscribe to our updates, we collect only your email address.
When a form is submitted, our server also records technical information accompanying the request: IP address, page language, the page the submission came from, and, where present, the referring URL and advertising click identifiers (for example gclid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content). These fields are used to understand where an enquiry came from and to prevent abuse; they are not used to build an advertising profile of you.
If you submit your details through an advertising form we run on a social platform (for example a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form), we receive the information you submitted and agreed to share on that form, typically your name, job title, company, country, email address and any phone number or requirement description you chose to add. The platform transmits it to us on the basis of the consent you gave on the form, and we use it only to respond to the specific request you made; whether we may also send you marketing messages is determined by the consent boxes you ticked on that form. You can ask us to delete the record or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@skpcb.com. Sections 6 (Retention), 7 (Your rights) and 8 (Security) of this policy apply to this information in the same way.
We do not collect or store payment card details on this Site.
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and Google Ads to measure advertising conversions. We implement Google Consent Mode v2: before you make a choice, analytics and advertising storage default to "denied", so analytics and advertising cookies are neither read nor set. Google tags may still send status and measurement signals without using those persistent cookies for aggregate reporting and conversion modelling.
The banner offers three options: accept all, accept analytics only, or decline. If you accept analytics only, analytics storage is enabled while advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key sk_consent rather than in a cookie, and you can change it at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs as a security component to distinguish real users from automated traffic and is necessary for the secure operation of the Site.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary with the following providers: Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, for analytics and advertising measurement after you consent), Cloudflare (Turnstile verification and network security), LinkedIn (where we run advertising or lead generation forms on that platform, to receive the details you submit and to measure advertising performance), and our email and server hosting providers. These providers may process the data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Our manufacturing and commercial operations are located in China. If you access the Site from outside China and send us information, that information will be transferred to and processed in China.
Enquiry and contact records, together with any technical files you send, are kept only for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain our commercial and after-sales relationship. Subscription email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. If you would like us to delete your data, see the next section.
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent you previously gave, or ask us to stop sending marketing email. Write to sales@skpcb.com and we will handle your request within a reasonable time. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights granted by local data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The Site is served over HTTPS throughout. Technical files you upload and enquiry records are stored on access-restricted servers and are visible only to authorised staff. We treat Gerber and BOM data as confidential design information by default; contact us if you need a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in place.
The Site is intended for business customers, is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Site or to legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page and identified by the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
