- Where is your PCB factory located?
- We run two production bases in Huizhou (Guangdong) and Ji’an (Jiangxi), with a combined monthly capacity of 160,000 m² on a 140,000 m² group site. Huizhou focuses on BT and other special materials, COB and communication module boards; Ji’an Phase 1, in operation since 2024, builds double-sided, multilayer and HDI boards. We ship to customers in more than 50 countries and regions.
- How many layers can you manufacture?
- From single-sided to multilayer, standard volume production runs from 1 to 40 layers. HDI goes up to 5 build-up steps with laser-drilled microvias down to 0.075 mm. IC substrates and substrate-like PCBs reach 64 layers.
- What is your quick-turn lead time for prototypes?
- Quick-turn prototypes can ship in as fast as 24 hours. Standard multilayer production runs 3 to 15 working days depending on layer count and finish.
- Do you provide value-added assembly services?
- Yes. When required, PCBA is available as an optional value-added service, including component sourcing, SMT and through-hole assembly. Our core business and primary focus remain PCB fabrication.
- Which certifications does your factory hold?
- Our Huizhou base is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949, and our Ji’an base holds ISO 13485 for medical device boards. Products are UL recognized, with RoHS and REACH test reports for the tested samples.
- Can you build high-frequency and heavy copper boards?
- Yes. We process Rogers, Isola and other high-frequency and high-speed laminates for RF and microwave designs. Heavy copper boards use base copper up to 10 oz and finished copper up to 18 oz for power electronics.
- What files do you need to quote?
- Gerber files (RS-274X) or ODB++ are sufficient for PCB fabrication quotes. If you also request our optional assembly service, include a BOM and pick-and-place file.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- There is no minimum. We build single-piece prototypes and scale the same design to volume production on the same lines.
